Getting Started
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes in Seattle
Jiu Jitsu is learned by doing. Your first visit is where that starts.
Fifteen minutes with a coach to talk through your goals, any injuries, and how often you can realistically train.
A short movement check shows us where to begin. It isn't a test, just a few simple movements so we know where you are starting from.
You try a few basic warm-ups, then join an intro class.
Then up to three Introductory classes in your free week.
